Partner Representative

You Keep
What You Build.

Commission only. No quota, no territory reassignment, no manager deciding your book belongs to someone else next quarter.

What the role actually is

You make introductions.
We do the rest.

Movers get work two ways. They wait for the phone to ring, or they buy it from a platform that takes a cut off the top and keeps the customer. Neither one builds anything. A partner rep is the third way. You already know people who find out somebody is moving long before a mover does. Sometimes that's an agent or a lender. Sometimes it's a neighbor, a coworker, a client, the woman at church whose mother is downsizing. You make the introduction. That's it. We quote it, schedule it, staff it and carry the couch.

What you do

  • Tell the people you already know that we exist and that we're worth their name
  • Make the introduction, by text, email or in a room
  • Stay the familiar face when that agent has a question

What you never have to do

  • Quote a job, price a crew, or learn our rate card
  • Schedule anything, chase anything, or answer a customer at 9pm
  • Hit a number, file a report, or sit in a pipeline meeting
  • Touch a box
What it pays

Ten percent of gross.
Paid the day the customer pays.

Every move you source
10%

Of gross revenue on every move that comes from you. Our average full service move bills $1,321, so that's about $132. The big ones run $2,700 and pay $270.

From your fifth move on
12%

Your fifth move in a calendar month takes you to 12%. That one and every move after it that month pays the higher rate.

Time to payment
0 days

Our crew gets paid the day they work. So do you. The day the customer's money clears, yours moves. Nobody here waits on money.

Three moves we actually ranWhat it billedWhat you would have earned
Four crew, ten hours$2,700$270
Three crew, eight hours$1,680$168
Two crew, four hours$600$60

Real jobs off our books, not projections. Different homes need different crews, so there is no such thing as one that is not worth sending.

The terms, plainly

Nothing here is built
to be taken back.

* Qualifying moves must be at least 4 hours in length.

"I don't want to be somewhere I can be let go when the numbers need balancing, or because I upset the wrong person."

The reason this role is built the way it is

Who this is for

If you already know the right people,
you're most of the way there.

✓
Loan officers

You're already in front of agents and buyers every week. This is one more thing worth offering the same people.

✓
Title and escrow

You know a closing date before almost anybody. A move follows every single one of them.

✓
Real estate agents

Refer your own clients and take the commission, or send your client the $25/hr discount instead. Your call, one or the other.

✓
Recently laid off from any of the above

Your relationships didn't end when the job did. They're still yours, and here they stay that way.

Let's have a conversation.

No application, no resume, no interview panel. Tell me who you know and what you're looking for, and I'll tell you straight whether this is worth your time.
